Windows Update issue on Windows 2003 with Hyper-V

With the new network adapter, you must add the following key to have a working Windows Update.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
-- System
-- CurrentControlSet
-- Services
-- Tcpip
-- Parameters

You must create the following DWORD value "DisableTaskOffload" and set the value to "1".

The problem is not present with the legacy network card.
